Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is paramount to us, so please get in touch as soon as possible so we can assist you, answer any questions you may have, or resolve any queries before you make a purchase.


Buyer's Remorse
We recommend voicing any queries you may have, as each and every product is created to order, which means that if you decide you are unhappy with your product upon arrival, due to taste as opposed to any defects, we regretfully cannot refund the item. 

If you are unsure about a product or would like something changed, get in touch and we'd love to help you and ensure you're satisfied with every product you buy from Prints of Nature. 

Size Changes
As products are made to order, please ensure you have selected the right size. Check our size guide if you're uncertain or get in touch with us for expert advice, we'd happily help you find the perfect piece of art at the right size for your home before you make a purchase.

Misprinted/damaged/defective items 
Somehow, if a damaged, poor quality or defective item was accidentally let through our 3-step quality control we take full responsibility and will provide a replacement to you, free of charge. Images of the product in full and of the defect(s) must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received to ensure swift replacement of your art.

Packages lost in transit
All claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong address 
If you have provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed 
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself, (if and as applicable).

Damaged due to Shipping
If your product arrives damaged please send us images of the defects and the whole product as soon as possible and we will solve the issue for you as promptly as we can by sending you a product in perfect condition.

Lost Orders
This very rarely happens, but if your parcel is taking longer than expected, drop us an email or a call and we will look into it immediately for you.

Customs
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
